elisa....massage therapist. Incredible. Also, the service was exceptional.Finally...great food in reastaurant.
Doors too heavy and therefore loud.I could hear them slamming when my neighbors were closing their doors. Also, the cleaning service. When I am paying $600 a night for a room, I sure do not want to hear them clanging dishes and slamming doors in the hallway.

Liked our stay in this hotel. All in all everything was good, had a good stay for one night at the end of our New England fall road trip. We had deluxe queen room with a view. The fact that Back Bay subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The large living and dining space was perfect for hanging out, and the media room killed it. We also did a private walking tour with Dan from Boston Historical Tours to learn about the city's history-highly recommend it. Just keep in mind, the rooms are a bit pricey, but the location and services are great!

It was a smart choice for a quick trip in Boston with definitely value for money. The staff was accommodating, like when Deborah helped me with a minor injury and was so patient and kind. Check out the in-house Spa. It's amazing and complimentary for visitors.

Solo traveler looking for a good experience
I gotta say the staff here were amazing, especially this one guy at the front desk. He went out of his way to, not just a number. The vibe in the restaurant was lively and friendly, perfect for winding down after a long day.
Sure it wasn't exactly pocket change, but I guess you get what you pay for.
